Shelby was diagnosed with cerebral palsy when she was 2 years old and Hallervoden-Spatz Disease last December. She used to eat, run and play even though she fell down alot. She is a fun loving child that loves for someone to talk to her and hold her. Her mom calls her "My Baby Deer" because of her beautiful big eyes.

Her brother, Wesley, was also a featured child in March 2005 he passed away on May 2005.
