Latosha suffers from a variety of illnesses including asthma, allergies, sleep apnea, developmental delays, macrocephaly, heart murmur, and Retinitis Pigmentosa (due to Bardet Biedl Syndrome). RP can lead to total blindness, and her sight continues to steadily decrease.

Latosha tires easily. She has problems with cysts on her ovaries and she must work hard to lose weight. She has lost 25 pounds this year, though! Good for her!

She loves school and painting. AND the happy mail she receives. She takes it with her to the doctor's office and reads while waiting for her appointments.
