At four days old, Luke was diagnosed with Phenylketonuria (PKU), a metabolic disorder in which proteins are toxic to his neurosystem. 

He also has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, a hypermobility disorder, Chiari Malformation (a brain herniation), Osteopororis, and Asthma.

Luke's the youngest of seven children. His mom describes him as "full of life and adventure."
