Her mom writes: Our sweet princess was born too soon -- at only
28 weeks gestation. Her prognosis is guarded and she seems so sad
most of the time. Tabitha is completely non-verbal, but she can
make sounds. When we read or sign to her, she makes happy sounds.
The doctors say Tabitha is in pain quite a bit of the time. She
has many problems, but we love her with all our hearts. We are adopting
her, as she has no family to call her own. She lived in a hospital
for the past year and a half.
Tabby uses a wheelchair. She receives daily medication for seizures
and daily breathing treatments for her Reactive Airway Disease.
We would really like to see her happy. We are not sure how things
will turn out for Tabitha. We do know that God is in control of
all and that he will help us love and care for this precious princess.
